Your right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day on which you or a third party named by you received the goods. The full conditions are in our Cancellation policy.

How to withdraw

The quickest way is via our page Withdraw from contract. You can also send us your withdrawal by email to support@pawgarden.shop or by post. An informal letter is enough.

Please send the goods back within 14 days of your withdrawal and pack them well.

Return shipping costs

You bear the direct costs of the return.

Refund

We will refund all payments we have received from you no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal. We use the same means of payment that you used for your order. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or you have proven that you have sent them back.

As our standard shipping is free, we refund the cost of the cheapest standard delivery (€0.00). We do not refund the surcharge for express shipping (€4.99), because you expressly chose this more expensive shipping method.

Compensation for loss of value

You only have to pay for a loss in value of the goods if it results from handling that was not necessary to check their condition, properties and functioning.

Damaged or wrong goods

If your goods are damaged, faulty or wrong, please write to us with your order number and photos at support@pawgarden.shop. We will quickly find a solution – replacement or refund.
